Do you have a referral or loyalty program?
We do not subscribe to this model simply because our rates and fees are very economically priced for the quality of services given. We also trust that our clients will understand the great benefits of our programme and genuinely make the referrals to their friends and loved ones as they too want to support their wellbeing.

Can I connect with individual professionals directly without purchasing credits?
Absolutely! Our professionals can set their own rates and arrange bookings directly with you. We're thrilled that you appreciate the experts we've included in our InsideOut Well panel. They all share a common belief in prioritizing overall wellbeing, not just one aspect of it.

Can you offer other physical and mental wellbeing services?​
We like to keep things simple but yes, we could certainly expand our services based on feedback and suggestions received through our continuous engagements with our clients and prospective customers.
Can I cancel or get refunds?
We do have refund and credit conversion options for different circumstances so do read the policy at the checkout page before finalising your transaction with us.
Can I join InsideOut Well panel as a physical trainer / nutritionist / instructor / coach / counsellor?​
Yes, the more the merrier for us. We have an interview process to select the professionals that fit best with out InsideOut Well ethos so just get in touch with us and we will be in touch to get that going.
