You want to feel good, inside and out.  Rather than going through the trouble of searching for individual professionals, we offer a panel of certified experts who are all about supporting your overall wellbeing.  We can develop a programme where we blend the types of services that would benefit you over a preferred timeframe.

Physical Training

Our physical trainers help individuals achieve their fitness goals by creating personalized workout plans and providing guidance and motivation. They assess a client's current fitness level, identify areas for improvement, and design exercise routines tailored to their needs and goals. Our physical trainers work one-on-one with clients. They are responsible for monitoring their clients' progress, making adjustments to their programs as needed, and ensuring their safety during workouts.

Nutritionist

Our nutritionists provide guidance on food and nutrition to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. They assess an client's dietary habits, health status, and lifestyle to develop personalized nutrition plans.  They work with clients who are looking to lose weight, gain weight, or improve their overall health. Our nutritionists provide education on healthy eating habits, help clients make informed food choices, and may recommend supplements or meal plans. They also work with clients to address any underlying health issues that may be affecting their nutrition.

Yoga Practice

Our practitioners offer a variety of 1-on-1 yoga sessions designed to meet our clients' individual needs and goals. From gentle Hatha flows for beginners to invigorating Vinyasa sequences for experienced practitioners, these sessions can be tailored to promote flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Our practitioners guide clients on proper alignment and breathwork, ensuring a safe and effective practice for all levels. This session is great for anyone seeking stress relief, injury rehabilitation, or simply a deeper connection with the body.

Pilates

Clients may also want to consider adding pilates to their plan.  It improves coordination, strength, balance, and posture through full-body. Our practitioner is able to provide personal one-on-one matwork pilates which is suitable for all skill levels to its adaptable difficulty. Benefits includes flexibility, toning, mind-body rejuvenation, fat-burning, posture enhancement, and stress relief.  Practising matwork skills consistently will also help clients transition to reformer pilates which is also available for our clients.

Executive / Life Coaching

Our coaches work with clients to help them achieve their goals by providing guidance and support in various areas of their lives. They help clients identify their strengths and weaknesses, set goals, and develop action plans to achieve those goals. Life coaches also provide accountability and motivation to help clients stay on track.

Counselling

Our counsellors are mental health professional who provide support and guidance to individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or interpersonal difficulties. They offer a safe and confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to develop coping mechanisms and strategies for managing their challenges.

Counsellors help clients identify and understand the root causes of their problems, develop self-awareness, and build resilience. They use a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness, to help clients achieve their goals.
