They assess a client's current fitness level, identify areas for improvement, and design exercise routines tailored to their needs and goals. Our physical trainers work one-on-one with clients. They are responsible for monitoring their clients' progress, making adjustments to their programs as needed, and ensuring their safety during workouts.

Nutritionist
Our nutritionists provide guidance on food and nutrition to help clients achieve their health and wellness goals. They assess an client's dietary habits, health status, and lifestyle to develop personalized nutrition plans. They work with clients who are looking to lose weight, gain weight, or improve their overall health. Our nutritionists provide education on healthy eating habits, help clients make informed food choices, and may recommend supplements or meal plans. They also work with clients to address any underlying health issues that may be affecting their nutrition.

Yoga Practice
Our practitioners offer a variety of 1-on-1 yoga sessions designed to meet our clients' individual needs and goals. Dance Training
Our dance trainers provide one-to-one sessions focused on building cardiovascular endurance, coordination and rhythmic confidence through structured, music-driven movement. Our coaches work with clients to help them achieve their goals by providing guidance and support in various areas of their lives.
