His fitness journey began with bodyweight movement and evolved into structured strength, functional, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Arizka’s approach is grounded in discipline-based training, combining strength development with the structure of combat sports. He began in bodybuilding before progressing into Silat, where he represented Republic Polytechnic as captain and competitor. His continued involvement in Muay Thai and boxing shapes a training style focused on coordination, control, and applied movement. Peimin is a Singapore-based counsellor with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, accredited by the Singapore Association for Counselling. Using approaches such as CBT, ACT, and PCT, Peimin believes in individuals to make informed choices for positive change.
